All was good until one badge arrived with the Manager spelled Manger.

Ease of ordering was good. Found 2 things frustrating: 1) could not order in less than quantities of 100; 2) shipping cost for what I ordered (pins only) was absurd (could have mailed flat-rate USPS for far less). Needs more flexibility/options for shipping.

After my order had shipped I was informed that I needed one extra engraved name tag. I contacted customer service and they made the new name tag and shipped it out in the same day. They were very helpful.

Total customer service! I placed the order over the phone while driving and the person I dealt with couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I don't recall having such a pleasant purchasing experience in years!

These nae tags were a little different then the previous ones I ordered, but still looked great. The ones I received the names were engrsved and the others I ordered in the past were like lasered on..? But still great thank you.

A few times the print engraving was too light and we had to have them re-done. The past two times, the name tags have looked awesome!

I always feel quite comfortable while placing any orders with your company. The current order to delivery time is approximately 2 weeks. It might be asking too much but a decrease in that time would be greatly appreciated. I placed another order alittle while ago and will definitely be placing 2 more on 5/14/12. Thank you!
