Anyone I've ever dealt with at Nametags has been very nice, easy to work with, and given the best customer service.

The web site was somewhat awkward to use, but being able to place the order via e-mail and phone was a BIG help. I also appreciate the fact that your company called to see if we were satisifed with our order. We like to do business with companies that can provide status on order shipment/delivery -- and that live up to their word.
