I did not have to interact with anyone in person, but the ease of the website, the quality of the product and the speed of the delivery were fantastic! I will recommend to anyone who needs nametags.
Over the past ten years, I feel like customer service has died and the new generation does not even know what it is. Amy is absolutely wonderful!! It is refreshing to actually speak with a person and she was so helpful, nice, polite, cheerful and offered suggestions to simplify my order and save us a little money. I welcome speaking with her anytime and wish there were many more like her! Thanks for restoring a little of my faith in customer service.

some things were not clear and space and color were in question. However, Amy was helpful and quick at clearing up the order.
Wish I could have seen the label finished in the box on the screen since I had to select everything and it was shown expect the completion. Sherry
